Cleaning the Inside of a Louis Vuitton
Lets start with the interior. This is often the hardest to clean due to the material and the hard to reach spots. If possible, it would be best to pull the interior inside out. Let’s get started!
Depending on the bag, either gently pull lining out of the bag or gently turn the bag inside out.
Dampen the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Wring out excess water so that the Magic Eraser is just damp to the touch then apply light pressure to the stain and begin to rub back and forth on the stain. The canvas will appear wet. Do this step for all stained areas.
Let Dry. That is it! Once dry, the stains should be removed. If there is still signs of a stain, then repeat step 2.
Cleaning the Exterior of a Louis Vuitton
Dampen the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Wring out excess water so that the Magic Eraser is just damp to the touch then apply light pressure to the scuff and begin to rub back and forth on the scuff. The scuffs should begin to come off. You can adjust your pressure as necessary. Do this step for all scuffed areas.
Using the same technique as above, rub the handles back and forth to remove the grime and stains. You can adjust your pressure as necessary. Repeat this step for all handles and straps.
Allow time to dry and use a leather conditioner to lightly buff the leather. At this point, your bag should be looking like new!
