We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to unaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. We may disclose transactions or experience information about our customers to affiliated third parties as permitted by law. In addition, Plano Pawn Shop Inc. cooperates with ALL law enforcement by providing detailed records to the local law enforcement jurisdiction. Further, in an effort to prevent stolen property from entering our stores and to provide efficient support for law enforcement, Plano Pawn Shop Inc. reports electronically via LeadsOnline, a national third-party system used for criminal investigations.

Identifying Information

In connection with certain transactions we may need to obtain information verifying your identity. This information shall include at a minimum your name, date of birth, current address, height, eye color, hair color and Passport number or other State identification number.

Confidentiality and Security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that your personal identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Notice (for example, as a result of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or the policies and practices of Plano Pawn Shop Inc.).

Plano Pawn Shop Inc. reserves the right to update this Notice from time to time. Copies of this policy will be available on our web site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A copy of this policy will also be made available in store during normal business hours.
